You can measure your toe-to-heel distance by following these steps:

Stand barefoot on the floor with your heels against the wall
Measure your toe-to-heel distance with a ruler
Look for your size in the "Toe-to-heel distance" column of the table

Make sure you measure your feet up to the longest point of your fingers. If one of your feet is slightly longer than the other, buy the right size for the larger one. Measure your feet in the afternoon (they tend to swell during the day) and make sure the weight of your body is evenly distributed over them.
