Nike KD 14 - Aunt Pearl

The new Nike KD 14 "Aunt Pearl" combines lightness, protection and reactivity for maximum performance on the court.

In 2012, Kevin Durant and his Nike team crafted a special Nike KD 4 colorway to honor his Aunt Pearl, who unfortunately passed away in 2000 in a battle against lung cancer. Since then, the Swoosh’s basketball division has kept this tradition going on each of the Brooklyn Nets All-Star’s signature sneakers, and now it has officially unveiled the Nike KD 14 “Aunt Pearl.”

The KD14 is designed to help versatile players feel fresh all game thanks to multilayer mesh and responsive cushioning. Plus, the midfoot strap is a subtle nod to the KD4 and takes inspiration from the shape of the Grim Reaper's scythe.
