Designed close to the ground and with a low upper, the Flash 5 is the ultimate lightweight and dynamic shoe.
Its slim, rounded design provides full mobility and fluid support as you move.
The midsole, made entirely of "P-Ultralight" foam, is lightweight and responsive."P-Soon" foam for dynamism and"Taichi" foam for shock absorption are featured at the front and back of the foot, respectively, in the form of inserts inside the sole.
These cushions complement the soft, herringbone-patterned, diffusive outsole on the forefoot and back of the foot.

Your foot is secure in the shoe thanks to the synthetic upper and four lace loops on the midfoot and a fifth on the metatarsal. In addition, the midsole is encapsulated within a raised TPU insert to protect the arch of the foot during stops and turns.
The heel is also protected by a TPU insert. The fin-shaped protrusion on the outside of the sole provides stability even in lateral movements.
